Vitro Tiles is the only factory within the ceramic industries group manufacturing red body, extruded products.
The extruded product has similar characteristics to those of porcelain, with very low water absorption rates and extremely high body densities.
Standard sizes produced by Vitro are 300 X 300, 330 X 330, 400 X 400 Mm and various rectangular formats.
The Vitro products are all predominantly replicas of natural stones, including slate, travertine, sandstone and limestone which are offered in straight edge and a rustic crinkle cut edge.
The high pei rating and natural rustic appearance of these tiles make them ideal for outdoor applications and in public facilities.
The use of the inkjet technology at Vitro ensures a high quality within the definition of the design, creating a realistic representation of sandstone, natural quartzite or stone imitations.
Vitro Tiles also manufactures full body clay tiles in three colours, terrarossa, polenta and mesa.
